I. Our company specializes in manufacturing various types of open trench drainage equipment for food workshops, including new workshop construction and renovation of existing workshops. These are typically categorized into linear trenches and conventional trenches. Conventional trench styles include round-bottom, V-shaped pointed bottom, and flat bottom with rounded corners on both sides. Trenches are sloped towards the drain outlet based on the pre-installed height of the downpipe.
II. Based on the workshop layout, several wider main trenches are determined, with other branch trenches converging into the main trenches. Drain outlets are placed at the ends of the main trenches, allowing wastewater to flow out from the bottom of the workshop. For concealed pipelines, trenches and drains are installed according to the length of each workshop and water usage.
III. Trench types include linear trenches and open trenches. Advantages of linear trench design: wider and deeper trenches are not necessarily better; adequacy is the principle. They offer good drainage and accessibility, minimize contaminated and cleaning surfaces, and reduce costs with a no-cover design. Open trenches are made entirely from bent 304 stainless steel plates. Special circular knives and corresponding bottom molds are used, with a fillet radius of 18, side fillet angles of 110°, and a bottom fillet angle of 140°. The arched bottom structure eliminates sanitary dead corners and facilitates cleaning. Trenches are installed with reinforcement ribs and adjustable footings for leveling and installation.
IV. Our installation precautions:
1. Reinforcement ribs welded on both sides and inside the trench strengthen it during grouting, preventing deformation. The trench bottom is equipped with adjustable support legs for leveling, with the legs being taller than the trench.
2. Before grouting, complete the welding of the stainless steel trench, place it into the trench, level the top, stabilize the bottom, secure both sides, and finally align the trench edges with the ground.
3. On-site trench digging requirements: A gap of at least 100mm should be reserved on both sides of the stainless steel trench.
